We were asked to consult on 5 franchise businesses and websites in order to create one corporate UK offering. Part of the challenge was to increase turnover without increasing stock. We assisted in the closure of the 5 franchises working across the wider Ecco / KRM group departments. We migrated all data and merged online operations into one website. We introduced the innovative approach of using all 50 stores’ stock to fulfil online sales. The approach applied to both full price and outlet stores. We navigated the complexities of roll out which included training, courier set up, and merchant set up. We also introduced Amex to the business and gained in-store benefit. Our interventions increased sales from £500k to £12m in one year.
